Jeff Fay is the senior pastor of Banning Church of the Nazarene in Banning, CA, and a dedicated faith leader. He completed his ministry preparation at Nazarene Bible College, . In June of 2026, he will be ordained as an Elder in the Church of the Nazarene, reflecting his strong commitment to leadership and service in the church. He is also a graduate of The Urban Ministry Institute (TUMI) with an emphasis on urban and prison ministry.
Prior to becoming a senior pastor, he served for over 17 years within the prison walls every weekend. With over 20 years of experience, he has worked extensively with both incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals, providing spiritual guidance, mentorship, and hope to those often overlooked by society.
